Cancellation Policy

You can cancel renewal from Account Billing or through your payment provider's subscription management area.

After cancellation, paid Pro stays active until the current subscription period ends. Paused or expired subscriptions lose Pro when the billing provider confirms the status.

Watermark-free print, PDF and PNG export, and saved worksheets require active Pro.

The public worksheet editor remains available after cancellation, but saved worksheets and export tools are disabled when Pro becomes inactive.

For billing mistakes, refund requests, checkout problems, or account billing questions, contact support with your account email, subscription ID if available, and a short description of the issue.
