Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel renewal at any time from Settings → Billing.
After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.
What happens when Pro ends
The worksheet editor and live preview stay free. Printing, PDF and PNG downloads, and saving new worksheets need Pro. Worksheets you saved stay in your account, and you can open them again if you return to Pro.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a single payment that gives Pro with no renewals, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
For billing mistakes, refund requests, or checkout problems, contact us from the Support page. Include the email on your account and, if you have it, the receipt or subscription ID, with a short description of the issue.
