About this worksheet
Division facts are multiplication facts in reverse: knowing 7 × 8 = 56 means knowing 56 ÷ 7 = 8. Every problem on this sheet divides exactly, with divisors from 1 to 10 and answers from 1 to 10, so the page tests recall rather than long division.
If a fact is slow, ask “7 times what is 56?” Thinking of the matching multiplication is the most reliable strategy.

Questions
- Do any problems have remainders?
- No. Every problem divides evenly. For remainders, use the division with remainders sheet.
- Should division be taught with multiplication?
- Yes. Fact families (7 × 8 = 56, 56 ÷ 8 = 7) make each fact twice as useful.
- Are these division facts worksheets free?
- Yes. The sample sheet on this page, with its answer key, is a free PDF in US Letter or A4, no account needed. Generating and previewing new problems is free too; printing and downloading custom sheets come with Pro, which also removes the preview watermark.
